Antique TRIBAL PERSIAN Necklace Bracelet Set w/ Blue Lapis or Sodalite Stones

I do not know much about this necklace and bracelet set.  It has blue gemstones crudely set into it - I showed it to a couple of jewelers - one said it is Tibetan, another said Persian Tribal from the late 1800s.    The stones look too light to be Lapis or turquoise -
they could be Sodalite -
I am not a gemstone expert. NOTE: THE STONES ARE SLIGHTLY LIGHTER IN PERSON THAN THEY APPEAR IN MY PHOTOS.   The necklace measures 20" long - but can be adjusted down an inch.  Necklace has a dangle pendant with stones that are a lighter color than the rest of the pieces.  The pendant also has 1 coral stone in it.  The bracelet measures 7" long x 7/8" wide.  Two of the top stones in the bracelet are fractured.  Some other stones in this necklace are pitted, have brown marks/occlusions - please check out my photos to see condition.  The back of each piece is closed - the metal used looks like brass. I apologize for not knowing too much about this type of set - it is not the kind of jewelry I usually sell.  Condition is very good
