CHINESE EXPORT CANTON ENAMEL BELL IMMORTAL HANDLE PEKING GLASS CLAPPER

Description

This is a fabulous Chinese Export Canton Enamel Bell with an Immortal Figural handle that stands approximately 4” tall.
It is made of silver metal and the outside is hand painted in the Famille Rose pallet.
The body of the bell has a light silver blue ground with a lovely floral design painted in colored enamels that include shades of green, pink, purple and white.
The figure is painted in silvery white, with black, blue, green, golden yellow, orange, pink, and light silvery blue. I believe that the clapper is made of a pale green mixture Peking glass.
You will notice that the figure has most of the enamel loss, likely from being held and used. The lip of the bell is slightly out of round. Please use your zoom for close ups of my pictures. Other than enamel loss, this is in fine condition. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding. I will do my best to answer you.
