Brand New Door Striker has correct hex head (allen head) style with the metal sleeve on the pin. The sleeve diameter is approximately 1/2".  Correct for many GM cars, please check your compatibility before purchasing, and the sizes as pictured in the photos.  Order two if you need both sides.
