, Monday through Friday, from our distribution location in La Quinta, California. Orders received by noon EST (Monday - Friday) will ship Same Day! However, a select few items ship direct from the manufacturer, and those typically ship in 1-2 business days.

Mr Topes Golf ships via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. We offer FREE ground service within the Continental United States on most items sold on eBay. Packages containing 4 golf clubs or more will ship FedEx. PO Box addresses are not accepted for FedEx shipments. All customers will receive a shipping tracking number and damage insurance. For those golfers in a hurry we also offer expedited shipping options from USPS and fedex, prices are shown in our eBay checkout.

Tracking Information
You will receive a shipment confirmation email the day that your order leaves our location. This email will contain your tracking number along with a link to the tracking website for your package.
RETURN INFORMATION
Mr. Topes Golf wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied, please email thru ebay and we will do our best to make you happy. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received.  We offer a 30 day no-hassle 100% return policy on all preowned golf equipment. Items purchased in New Condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a 25% reduced refund.
Damaged in Transit
Mr Topes Golf provides insurance on all items shipped via USPS and FedEx. If your product arrives damaged notify us immediately via email, please include your phone number.  We'll immediately open a damage goods claim with the shipping service. After five business days you'll receive a 100% PayPal refund and a prepaid shipping label, use label to ship damage item(s) back to us. Fun Fact less than 3% of all goods shipped from Mr Topes Golf experience transit damage.

Requires proof of damage, please email or text us a photo showing damaged box and broken item.
FedEx
Has up to five business days to perform an inspection of box and contents, so please do not discard original box and item(s).

Return Procedure
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:
