Vintage Chromatic Pitchpipe With Case (+ BONUS!)

Vintage Chromatic Pitchpipe With Case (+ BONUS!).
The graphics on the case of this charming pitch pipe make it appear to have been produced in the 30's or 40's.  I cannot locate any kind of maker's mark.  The tin case features a singing canary perched on a treble clef sign above the words, "Chromatic Pitch Pipe."  The case is 3" x 1.5" x .5".  The pipe itself is a heavy white metal cylinder with an adjustable fan by which one achieves the desired pitch by glowing gently through the opposite end.  The case has some paint loss and general wear, and its upper hinge is broken.  The pitch pipe has general light wear.
BONUS!:  Included will be a German-made tuning fork, 4.75" in length.  It is inscribed (difficult to see in photos) "Germany" and a maker's stamp, and "A-440."
Weight:  2 ounces....  Ha!  I've just noticed that these two "pitch providers" don't give the same A!  I think that I'd trust the tuning fork, even if the pitch pipe is fun to look at...
